POLKAEX BI-WEEKLY REPORT (NOV 6–20, 2021)
Dear PolkaExians, we are happy to release PolkaEx’s bi-weekly report today. In order to give the PolkaEx community a better outlook and understanding of what PolkaEx has been doing and will be doing in the short term, we have decided to launch PolkaEx’s bi-weekly reports to regularly publish updates at least every two weeks for our community to be abreast with our growth and development. Let’s witness the growth of PolkaEx in the PolkaDot ecosystem bit by bit together!
HIGHLIGHTS
- PolkaEx is live on Shiden Network.
- $PKEX TVL rose to over $1 million in Farms after 3 days of going live on Shiden Network.
- A total of 1 million $PKEX staked in PolkaEx’s pool
- Announced Partnership with JYPC, Anyswap, Cheersland and TrustFi.
- Opened a 10,000 $USDC reward pool.
- Contributed 11,100 DOT to Astar’s crowdloan event.
TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT
- PolkaEx went live on Shiden Network with Swap, Farms, Pools, Launchpad;
- Supported cross-chain transfers of $PKEX assets between Ethereum and Shiden Network using AnySwap;
- Developed Tier system and applied it to the Launchpad;
- Developed new reward pool for staking $PKEX to earn $USDC;
- Updated our offical website with a Tier system and added new partners;
- DApp front and back-end have been optimised and parts of the interface have been updated to improve the interactive experience, and recognized bugs have been fixed.
MARKETING DEVELOPMENT
- Posted an article about PolkaEx on Reddit and gave rewards to commenters, aiming to promote PolkaEx on more platforms to increase its exposure;
- Announced the results of the mascot naming competition, with Pixie being the final name chosen for the mascot ;
- Collaborated with YouTube KOL to introduce PolkaEx.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
We entered into a partnership with JYPC, Anyswap, Cheersland and TrustFi.
👉 Partnering with JPYC, we launched the USDC/JYPYC and SDN/JPYC LP farming with high APR.
👉 Partnership with Cheersland is on many fronts, PolkExians can use $PKEX to play games, stake to earn on Cheersland. Also, new games on Cheersland may launch IDO on our platform.
👉 Cooperated with TrustFi’s Pre-IDO, in the future TrustFi will screen and incubate potential IDO projects and recommend projects with good community feedback to PolkaEx.
PLANS FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS
- Add more analytic features on Swap and Farms;
- Get listed on DeFiLlama, the renowned and independent TVL data provider;
- Deploy on BSC chain, supporting a flexible swap of PKEX assets among Shiden, Ethereum and BSC chains. Further, PolkaEx will empowers more BSC projects;
- Develop DApp Staking functionality, by which users can earn a higher yield by simply staking $SDN;
- Publish a sponsored article on a top media platform, also a leading independent digital media resource covering blockchain tech, crypto assets & emerging fintech trends;
- Stay tuned for more exciting updates.
